• To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• Go to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
• Follow the provided instructions to complete the return/exchange request.

3. Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
• Pack the item(s) securely, include the original invoice, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. Exchange Process:

• If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the item you want to exchange and place a new order for the desired item.
• Follow the return process mentioned above for the item being exchanged.

5. Refund Timeframe:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

• Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
• Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
